EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR - NOMINATION

The winner will be nominated for the national award. Nominees
may be employed in either retail or distribution categories.
Did you know that employees are the only physical
asset that appreciates in value. As the employees learn more and more about
the business and about their own role, their performance will increase over
time.
Maybe it is time to start putting some credence behind the statement ‘our
employees are our most important asset' and nominate them 2010 Employee of
the Year!

Judging |
Judging
will be conducted by an independent panel and will be based on
submissions received. Finalists do not need to present
themselves for a personal interview |

The honoured newsagent will be announced at the VANA Annual Gala Dinner.

All
finalists will be presented with a plaque in recognition of
their nominations for the state award.
The
state winner will receive trophy and costs to attend the 2010
National Awards will be covered. |
